These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services, programs, content, and digital products provided by Reel Mastery LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing any product, enrolling in any program, or accessing our websites or communities, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Use of Site and Services
You may use our websites and services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from the Company.
2. Payments and Access
All pricing and payment details are clearly stated at checkout. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method on the scheduled due dates. Failure to make payments may result in restricted access, account suspension, or referral to collections.
We reserve the right to revoke access to any product or service if payments are not completed.
3. Refund Policy

Refund Request Window
You must submit your refund request within 60 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Proof of Implementation
To qualify, you must show that you completed the training and applied the steps provided.
This includes proof of course progress, use of provided templates/resources, and evidence that you made a genuine effort to implement the material.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted for lack of use, change of mind, or failure to allocate time to the program.
Any bonuses, upsells, or additional products purchased separately are covered by their own refund policies, if applicable.
All other digital courses and products (including but not limited to DM Cash Code, Facebook Monetization, Digital Product Starter Kit, Plug & Profit System, and Creator Inner Circle) are covered by a strict 7-day refund policy, provided the following conditions are met:

4. Affiliate Program
Affiliate commissions are paid based on collected revenue, not projected or promised earnings. Abuse of the affiliate system, including fraud, spamming, or unethical practices, may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
5. Limitation of Liability
You agree to use our services at your own risk. Under no circumstances shall Reel Mastery LLC or Tyler Wise be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. All content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, training materials, videos, frameworks, and systems are the intellectual property of Reel Mastery LLC. When you purchase a program, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Redistribution, resale, or public display of any content is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality & Non-Disparagement
You agree not to share any confidential materials, internal discussions, client results, or proprietary methods outside of our platform. You also agree not to make any disparaging statements or publish harmful content about Reel Mastery, its owners, team, or members, whether online or offline.
8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to remove or restrict any user who violates these Terms, engages in unethical behavior, or disrupts the integrity of our community. Removal may occur without prior notice and without refund.
9. Arbitration Agreement
All disputes or claims shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), to be held in the State of Indiana. You waive your right to class-action lawsuits and jury trials.

Participation requires compliance with all program guidelines and ethical behavior.
Prohibited Activities:
Immediate disqualification and removal from the program (with no refund) will result from:
Poaching members from any of our communities (Facebook, Skool, etc.)
Privately messaging members to pitch unrelated offers or affiliate links
Misrepresenting our offers or training
Using spammy or manipulative marketing tactics
Any behavior deemed unethical or damaging to the Reel Mastery brand will result in termination and forfeiture of contest eligibility and bonuses.
