TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: October 27th, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services, programs, content, and digital products provided by Reel Mastery LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing any product, enrolling in any program, or accessing our websites or communities, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Use of Site and Services
You may use our websites and services only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from the Company.
2. Payments and Access
All pricing and payment details are clearly stated at checkout.
By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method on scheduled due dates.
Failure to complete payments may result in restricted access, account suspension, or referral to collections.
We reserve the right to revoke access to any product or service if payments are incomplete, disputed, or refunded.
3. Refund Policy (Updated)
Post. Promote. Profit. (PPP) – 30 Day Refund Policy
PPP includes a 30-day money-back guarantee only if the customer provides proof of genuine implementation.
To qualify, all of the following must be submitted:
Request submitted within 30 days of purchase
Completion of the core training modules
Proof that templates, tools, or resources were used
At least 5 public Instagram or Facebook posts created using PPP strategies
– Posts must be public, visible, and timestamped within the refund window
Screenshots demonstrating actions taken inside the program
Refunds will not be granted for:
• Lack of use
• Inactivity
• Failure to create content
• Failure to join the Skool group
• Change of mind
• Not meeting all implementation requirements
Refund requests missing required evidence will be automatically denied and may not be resubmitted.
Plug & Profit System – 30 Day Refund Policy
The Plug & Profit System includes a 30-day refund window only if:
The request is made within 30 days, and
The customer provides proof of genuine implementation:
• Completion of onboarding materials
• Screenshots applying the strategies
• At least 5 public Instagram or Facebook posts demonstrating implementation
• Evidence of using the tools, templates, or worksheets inside the program
Non-Refundable DFY Rule (Strict)
Once any Done-For-You (DFY) service has begun or been completed, the purchase becomes fully non-refundable.
This includes:
• Funnel built, customized, or installed
• Skool or Whop community created or set up
• Domain connected or configured
• Automations or onboarding systems built
• Email sequences installed
• Any technical or creative DFY work performed
If DFY work has begun or been completed, the customer is automatically disqualified from receiving a refund.
Refund requests missing required evidence will be automatically denied and may not be resubmitted.
All Other Courses & Digital Products – Strict 7 Day Refund Policy
This applies to all standalone digital products, including but not limited to:
DM Cash Code
AI Influencer Secrets
Facebook Monetization Course
Faceless Automation Mastery
Digital Product Starter Kit
Creator Inner Circle
…and any other digital training not listed above.
To qualify for a refund, the customer must:
Submit the request within 7 days, and
Provide proof of genuine implementation, including:
• At least 5 public Instagram or Facebook posts implementing the strategies taught
• Screenshots of completed modules
• Screenshots of templates, funnels, worksheets, Canva/CapCut projects, or tools used
• A short written explanation of what was implemented
Posts must be public, timestamped, and visible within the 7-day window.
Refunds will not be granted for:
• Lack of use
• Failure to take action
• Change of mind
• Private accounts
• Deleted posts
• Incomplete evidence
• Failure to join the community
Refund requests missing required evidence will be automatically denied and may not be resubmitted.
1-on-1 Mentorship with Tyler Wise
All mentorship purchases become non-refundable after the first coaching call has taken place.
If the request is submitted before the first scheduled call, it may be considered case-by-case.
After the first call occurs, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support will result in:
• Immediate termination of your account
• Forfeiture of all products, bonuses, and affiliate earnings
• Submission of full access logs, IP records, implementation evidence, and agreements to the bank or Stripe for dispute resolution
The Company aggressively contests false or fraudulent chargebacks.
4. Affiliate Program
Affiliate commissions are paid only on collected revenue.
Fraud, spam, or unethical promotion will result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
We reserve the right to adjust or withhold commissions in cases of refund abuse or chargebacks.
5. Limitation of Liability
You agree to use our services at your own risk.
Reel Mastery LLC and Tyler Wise are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
All content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, systems, videos, and frameworks are property of Reel Mastery LLC.
You receive a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use.
Redistribution, resale, recording, or public display is strictly prohibited.
No Transfer or Sharing
Sharing login credentials, materials, or private access is not permitted.
Violations will result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Confidentiality & Non-Disparagement
You agree not to share confidential materials or internal communications.
You also agree not to make defamatory or disparaging statements about the Company, its team, or members.
Violation may result in removal from all programs without refund.
8. No Guarantee of Earnings
We do not guarantee results or income.
Examples and testimonials are illustrative and not promises of future performance.
Your outcomes depend entirely on your effort, consistency, and application.
9. Termination of Access
We may remove or restrict any user who violates these Terms or harms the community.
Termination may occur without notice and without refund.
10. Arbitration Agreement
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the State of Ohio.
You waive any right to class-action suits or jury trials.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
12. Severability
If any provision is ruled invalid, all remaining provisions remain in effect.
13. Bonus Contests & Promotions
Promotions may include:
• PPP Bonus Program
• Affiliate Cash Bonuses
• Dream Car Bonus
• Milestone Incentives
Participation requires full compliance with all rules and ethical conduct.
Prohibited Activities:
• Poaching or soliciting community members
• Promoting unrelated or competing offers
• Misrepresenting products
• Using spam or deceptive marketing
Violations result in termination with no refunds or bonuses awarded.
