Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services, programs, content, and digital products provided by Reel Mastery LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing any product, enrolling in any program, or accessing our websites or communities, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Use of Site and Services
You may use our websites and services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from the Company.
2. Payments and Access
All pricing and payment details are clearly stated at checkout.
By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method on scheduled due dates.
Failure to complete payments may result in restricted access, account suspension, or referral to collections.
We reserve the right to revoke access to any product or service if payments are incomplete, disputed, or refunded.
3. Refund Policy

Comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
The request must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.
You must provide proof of genuine effort, which includes:
Completion of the core training modules,
Use of provided templates or resources, and
At least one public Instagram post made on an account created for implementing the strategies taught inside the program.
A screenshot or link to this post must be included with your refund request.
Refunds will not be granted for lack of use, failure to join the Skool community, or inactivity.
Requests made after 60 days will not be considered.
Plug & Profit System
Covered by a 60-day refund policy under the same proof-of-genuine-effort requirements above.
Refunds will not be granted for lack of participation, failure to complete setup, or failure to engage with provided materials and coaching.
To qualify, you must show completion of onboarding materials and at least one public Instagram post demonstrating implementation of your funnel or content strategy.
All Other Courses and Products
All other digital courses and products (including but not limited to DM Cash Code, AI Influencer Secrets, Facebook Monetization Course, Faceless Automation Mastery, Digital Product Starter Kit, and Creator Inner Circle) come with a strict 7-day refund policy, provided that:
The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
You have accessed less than 15% of the course content.
You have not downloaded or completed the majority of materials.
You provide proof of genuine effort as defined above — including at least one public Instagram post showing application of what was taught.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Lack of use or inactivity
Change of mind
Failure to allocate time to the program
Failure to join the Skool or community component tied to the offer
We reserve the right to decline any refund request that does not meet all of the above criteria.
Any bonuses, upsells, or additional products purchased separately follow their own refund policies if applicable.
1-on-1 Mentorship with Tyler Wise
All purchases for 1-on-1 mentorship are non-refundable once the first coaching call with Tyler Wise has taken place.
If a refund is requested before the first scheduled call, it may be considered on a case-by-case basis. After the first call has occurred, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of access to all products, bonuses, and affiliate earnings.
4. Affiliate Program
Affiliate commissions are paid only on collected revenue. Abuse of the affiliate system, including fraud, spamming, or unethical promotion, will result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
We reserve the right to adjust or withhold commissions in cases of refund abuse or chargebacks.
5. Limitation of Liability
You agree to use our services at your own risk. Under no circumstances shall Reel Mastery LLC or Tyler Wise be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, systems, videos, and frameworks are the sole property of Reel Mastery LLC.
When you purchase a program, you receive a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Redistribution, resale, recording, or public display of any material is strictly prohibited.
No Transfer or Sharing
Login credentials, materials, or access to private communities may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Detected sharing or resale will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. Confidentiality & Non-Disparagement
You agree not to share confidential materials, internal communications, or proprietary methods outside of our platforms.
You also agree not to make disparaging or defamatory statements about the Company, its team, or members.
Violation of this clause may result in removal from all programs without refund.
8. No Guarantee of Earnings
We do not guarantee or represent that you will achieve any specific results or earn any particular amount of money.
All testimonials and examples are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not represent typical results.
Your success depends entirely on your personal effort, consistency, and application of the material provided.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to remove or restrict any user who violates these Terms, engages in unethical behavior, or harms the integrity of our brand or community.
Termination may occur without notice and without refund.
10. Arbitration Agreement
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), to be held in the State of Ohio.
You waive any right to class-action lawsuits or jury trials.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Bonus Contests & Promotions
From time to time, we may offer bonus contests or promotional programs, including but not limited to:

Affiliate Cash Bonuses
Dream Car Bonus or other milestone incentives
Participation requires full compliance with all program rules and ethical conduct.
Prohibited Activities:
Poaching or privately soliciting members from our communities
Promoting unrelated or competing offers
Misrepresenting our products
Using spammy or deceptive marketing tactics
Violation of these rules will result in immediate disqualification and termination from all programs, with no refunds or bonuses awarded.
